For people who don’t practice yoga or yoga teachers who don’t do yoga, it’s an important bit of information to know, that it isn’t just a physical practice. Yoga is not just physical (although some might say that is the primary reason we do it). It is also about the mental practice of yoga.
This is exactly right. Yoga is not about the physical practice of yoga. It is about the mental practice of yoga. Because when you are a yogi, you dont practice the physical practice of yoga through what you eat or what you drink. You meditate. You meditate on your breath, on your body and on your mind. You do yoga to keep your mind and body safe and sound. You do yoga to help you transcend any fear or anxiety that you may have.
But what’s the point of yoga? The point is that it helps you transcend any fear or anxiety, and to transcend fears and anxiety to the point where you become aware of them, and you are able to do this through your mind. You dont need any drugs, you dont need to meditate on any religion, you dont need to do any yoga to get there. You have to take a yoga class.
But thats where the confusion begins. The point of yoga is to learn how to transcend the mind and body, and to learn that you dont have to do yoga to do this. To take a yoga class to learn how to transcend the mind and body, and then to transcend that to the point that you become aware of it and you are able to do this through your mind.

We’re talking about how to get past the mind and into a state where you are able to do this by your mind. And that’s where the confusion comes in – it’s the same confusion that most of us have that you can’t do something with your mind. You need to learn how to become aware of the mind and then to do this in your mind.
It’s like trying to wake up from dreaming. You need to learn how to become aware that you are dreaming and then to do this in your mind. Were talking about a state of mind where you are able to do this.
