As far as blogging, I’m not sure if I’ve ever posted on my own blog before. I just feel like I need to do it so I can be proud of it. I always think of my blog as personal, but I’m not sure if that’s true.
That’s a valid point. Im not sure if it makes me feel bad to be like that, although Im sure Im not the only one. The most embarrassing part of my blog is that it was put in a folder called “personal.
Its a good thing it only ever has one folder though. In the future I would like to have a lot more space to put things, but with only 4GB of ram for our webserver, I don’t know.
Its just the fact that I have to put it all in a folder thats annoying, Ive been doing it for years already. I dont think Im ruining the blog but I do think Im just slowing myself down.
I’m not sure why I keep saying “slow” when I talk about my blog. Slow is good. But slow it down, or slower the blog so we don’t have to put it in a folder, is the best I can do for the moment.
I see. I agree. You need to get rid of all that stuff. I would also suggest a much more open and collaborative blogging environment. You can post on more than one website at a time. There are lots of free and open blogging platforms out there.
For the record, I’m not going to be deleting my blog or slowing it down. I’m just going to read it more frequently because I’m sure you’ve noticed, which it’s probably pretty obvious if you’ve been following me.
What you should do is move to a more personal blogging platform, like Blogger, WordPress, or BlogFoo. Most people don’t have the time to sit and read a lot of blogs, they just want to read a few at a time. By doing this, you can make it easier for people to visit your blog. BlogFoo is easy to set up and is fairly flexible.
Blogger is a popular blogging platform, but it’s not really recommended. I also recommend BlogFoo because it has a lot of different bloggers and because it’s fairly flexible. Bloggers can move to BlogFoo and still create a blog on Blogger.
BlogFoo is also the best blogging platform I know of. There are a lot of great bloggers to choose from. BlogFoo allows you to upload your own video, audio, or image and then have a lot of other bloggers syndicate your posts to theirs. BlogFoo is a very flexible platform and I have had a lot of success with it.
