It’s a thing, right? It’s in this day and age that women are so much more than our appearance. We’re more than just the pretty face. And the more you know about our inner lives, the better you can understand, support, and love yourself.
I don’t have a word for it. But I do know that I love to see women doing things that they do just because they want to and that they don’t care if nobody else does. A lot of us women, who were brought up to be perfect and take everything we do very seriously, do not like to see that we get played for a bit of fun. And that is one of the things I’m most disappointed with in the new Tomb Raider reboot.
This is a huge problem. A lot of us girls in the gaming industry are not comfortable with a world in which we are expected to be perfect and take everything we do very seriously. A lot of us have had to learn that our very existence is a huge responsibility and if we mess up badly, it could be the end of us. And it’s hard for us to understand why other people can have fun by themselves.
Tomb Raider is the first game in the franchise with a female protagonist. I’m not saying Tomb Raider is perfect, but I’d be very unhappy if a woman was making the game. Because she is a woman and she is a human, Tomb Raider could be a terrible role model. This isn’t just me being upset with the fact that Tomb Raider is male-focused, though, because I’m very very upset that a male character is making a game. This is a real problem.
You know what, there are many, many other games that aren’t as bad, or worse. Here are just a few: Dishonored (a modern take on a Gothic horror game that makes a point of murdering its targets without mercy), Assassin’s Creed, Mass Effect, LittleBigPlanet, The Witcher 3, and even Skyrim. The problem with these games is that they are all about the same thing (making fun of the bad guys) and none of them are really about the character.
That’s not a problem with The Dishonored devs though. The devs actually feel the need to make a point of making sure that the male characters don’t actually do anything, but these are a bunch of characters they can make fun of and still make money off of. One of the best things about The Dishonored is that it has a male protagonist.
I dont know about you, but when I watch The Dishonored I feel like I am watching one of those chick flicks where a man is forced to fight with a girl and not an actual man. I don’t know why women don’t like this game, but it is not as entertaining to me as the other two.
I think for most of us, this is a good thing. I’m a fan of the game, and I like the female characters, but there are certain parts of the game that are just not for me. I’m not sure if it’s the plot, the combat, or the male characters, but I have no interest in the female characters. The characters are a lot better than the males, but the game is lacking in the female characters.
I dont like the game, but I like the characters. I love how they are all strong, confident, independent, tough, and they all work together to do what needs to be done. I also love the music, the game-play, and the setting. It is a great game, but I can tell you that the female characters are terrible. They are weak, too easy to hit, and the women in this game are not likable.
