It’s the first week of school and I’m already feeling anxious. I feel like I’m in a bad mood. It’s like I’m going through the motions of life but not really doing anything to change it. Maybe I’m not a worrier but I’m definitely feeling like I’m losing my way and I need to get out of my own way. I’m working on that so I will be better in the future.
If you’re feeling like you’re not doing anything, it’s not a bad idea to write a blog. Blogs are the internet equivalent of a journal, and they can help get things off your chest. You can write your thoughts about whatever it is you’re feeling, then post them to your blog. You don’t have to write about things that are important to you.
Blogging is a great way to release your feelings for a lot of reasons. I like to read other people blogs because they can really help me to understand what makes them tick. They can also provide some perspective and help me to understand how I’m doing. If I have something negative to say, I can write it in a blog and then try and get it off my chest.
Blogging is also a great therapy for those who are stuck in ruts. People come to gow to look for peace and comfort, and that is exactly whats I needed. I have been able to find a place for me, a place where I can be me and be loved. Thanks to my blog for making that possible.
I think anyone who’s reading this is already aware that our blog is also a therapy. It helps to keep us in touch with our inner child and allows us to communicate about how we’re feeling. The beauty of blogging is that its a form of self-therapy, too. We’re not just telling someone about our day, we’re telling them about our feelings. People can read our blogs and feel as though they’re reading our words.
It’s interesting that the word “therapy” is often used to describe writing, but when its used to describe blogging it seems to mean the same thing. It describes the emotions that we feel when we type or post something. The whole idea of therapy, then, is that you are being treated for your feelings or feelings you have. It’s probably one of the most self-aware things in the world.
I was in therapy just last week. I was taking a break from my daily routine and was on the phone with the therapist for a few hours. It was a one-hour session and I was very nervous. It was a good experience because I learned about my feelings and I could communicate them to the therapist. Now I can go to my blog and post about my feelings and share them with the world.
Its like you don’t actually need therapy, you just need a little self-awareness and that’s what you get from this blog. It’s not like you’re going to come out and say “I’m a sad, lonely person with a lot of anger.” You’re just going to post a blog about it and share the feelings.
I have to be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever really sat down and said, “Gee, I feel pretty sad right now.” I think most times I just write it on my blog. I think about the feelings and then I write it. I also feel like I’m really lucky because I’m able to express my feelings to someone who will listen and not judge me.
I think the key here is that youre expressing your feelings to someone who will understand, rather than someone who will judge you. You don’t need to explain yourself to someone who is going to label you as crazy. Some people are just not going to listen and some people are going to judge you.
