I’m excited to introduce you to the blog of kate gosselins, a girl with a love of all things delicious and healthy. I think most of us would agree that cooking is a fun and easy way to get our hands dirty and get our bodies in shape. And if that’s not good enough for kate, she is a big proponent of the Paleo diet (which was recently debunked by the media). With that in mind, I thought it was only right that she shares her thoughts on the diet with her blog.

For many of us, the best way to lose weight and get healthy is by following a Paleo diet. It offers a great way to eat “real food” without any of the carbs and processed foods we find unhealthy on the mainstream.

The Paleo diet is a low-carb, high-fat and high-protein diet. It’s basically a mix of the “Paleo” diet with some of the “A” diet’s rules. A Paleo diet is basically a way of eating that keeps you at a healthy weight and keeps you feeling satisfied. The low-carb part is that you don’t eat all of your calories in the same meal.

Paleo diets emphasize that you should only eat foods that are rich in fat, but not all the calories. The low-fat part is that you will only eat foods that have 3 grams of fat per serving and do not eat any foods that have more than 5 grams of fat. This way, your body can break down fat and carbohydrates to make ketone bodies to be a good source of energy.
