I’ve been feeling a bit down lately. I’ve had a few things happen that have brought me out of a funk, but I’m still feeling a bit down. I know I should be happy, but I’m not. Ive been trying to live my life and Im stuck in a sort of limbo where I’m not actually living my life, and Im just thinking about it in a very, very depressing way. Ive been putting too much pressure on myself, and Im not doing things to make myself happy, Ive been putting too much pressure on other things.

I’ve been trying to help other people, and Im not helping myself enough, because Ive been trying to help other people too much. I have this feeling that if you have a habit, that you have a self that you dont understand. That one day you are going to wake up and realize that you have a self who is not just a habit but an actual person. And you dont know how to stop. You dont know how to stop. You dont think that you have to just sit down and deal with it. I think that it is a good idea to find a way not to do that.
