We’ve just gone through a long, long week and I can’t get enough of getting the latest “leanne ford blog” posts on my iPhone. You’ll find my daily posts on things I’m loving, where I’m spending time, and where I need help. Also, you’ll find me on the Lean and Sexy podcast every other week where I share my opinions, ramble on about my life, and share my knowledge about fitness.
Leanne Ford doesn’t need to advertise her blog. She has a loyal fan following who read her blog everyday and who share her passion for fitness and weight loss. We are very much a part of this community and leanne ford really does have a great blog.
This community is a great place for us to help each other. I know people feel a bit intimidated to talk to someone who has a lot of weight to lose and has been on the internet for a long time. Thats how we started, but it has turned into a great support system for us as well. Thats where I found this blog. I want to encourage you to help us to be visible and visible with your help.
While you can help us by following us on Facebook, Tumblr, or Twitter, you can also email us directly and get a link to our blog post, blog tour, or video.
The idea is that you can help us by simply sharing the link to our blog post, blog tour, or video with your friends. That way they can just go to that page and read about our struggles and successes. They don’t have to know the weight that person is going to lose, or whether or not she’s even going to be able to stop, but simply being in the loop can give them some insight and encouragement.

As you might imagine, we have a lot of people eager to help out, and leanne ford is an awesome person to work with. She’s been through a lot of challenges as a mom and a new mother, and leanne helped me by getting the site ready for launch. She was the one who made it so that I could keep all the information up-to-date and organized.
