Male TF.com has a new blog update, “The 3 Levels of Self-Awareness”, by Jason Fried.
The blog post (also available on the blog) covers a different topic than the article itself, but there are some interesting insights to be gleaned.
The key finding from the blog post is that self-awareness leads to self-efficacy, which is the ability to execute our actions with confidence. That’s when we know we can do something, we have a level of confidence in our ability to successfully complete the task. So, the more we know and have confidence in our abilities, the more we feel comfortable doing what we want to do.
I think that’s the key point of the post. Self-awareness leads to self-efficacy. It’s when we know we can do something, we have an acceptable level of confidence about our ability to successfully complete the task. Our attitude, our self-confidence, our actions lead to our outcomes. If we have a high confidence about our abilities to accomplish a task, then we are more likely to do it.
Well, it is a great idea to be proud of what you can do. The problem is some people think they are not strong enough to accomplish something they want to do. It is important to remember we are all different, and that we have different goals. Just because one of your goals is to be a millionaire does not mean you have to put yourself through all the hardships of wealth. If you have a goal to become a doctor, then you are more likely to succeed.
It’s good to be proud of what you can do, and also to be aware of the pitfalls that come along with doing something you want to do. In this way, our goal is not to beat ourselves up for failing to accomplish something, but to realize that our goal might have been just a little too difficult. In other words, if you wanted to be a millionaire, you’re probably not going to be one.
Well, we are. We’re not talking about a one-night-stand, although we think that is what this is. We’re talking about success, and in order to be successful, you have to work hard. We have to find the things that are important to us, and do them. And as we all know, sometimes you can’t have everything, and that’s okay. In our personal life, we are very lucky to be in the right places at the right time.
This is why we write about the things that we love, and why we write about our passions. We always have a thought or an idea that we want to share with the world, but we dont want to be the asshole that ruins it for everyone. So we always share it with you, and hope that you enjoy it.
