I recently found myself at the National Association of Cake decorators meeting and the topic of self-awareness was one of the topics discussed. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to attend the meeting. I thought I’d better attend anyway because of the number of people that I know that are involved in this industry. I’ve learned a lot since then and I’ve noticed that people talk about themselves far more than they talk about cakes.
One of the things Ive learned is that if you want to be taken seriously in a field, you have to be willing to speak up. Self-awareness is a hard thing to achieve but it doesnt have to take a lot of time. One of the things that Ive learned as a member of the Cake decorator industry is that if you have the right attitude and you speak up, then people will take note.
While Ive never been involved with the baking industry myself, I was the one who coined the term “self-awareness” and helped to spread the idea. I also got a lot of attention from it while I was creating my own blog and I was able to get a couple of mentions in the industry. I think that people who are self-aware are more likely to start talking about themselves and I am pretty sure that I would have been one of the first to start talking about myself.
Self-awareness is something that a lot of people struggle with and I think it stems from a lack of self-awareness. I think if you know what you are good at it is something that is very difficult to recognize. For example, I always knew that I was a terrible baker, and I am constantly surprised how badly I am at it. My mom was always very encouraging of me to follow my passion and try my hand at baking, but I never really did.
However, I am very proud of the way I look on the inside as well, which makes me proud of the way my hair is curly. I don’t know of anyone who has hair that is as curly as mine and I really admire it. I used to have a lot of it, but it was quite curly and very dark. After a while though, I just started to get it into a bob and not a curl.
I like how cute it is that you have curly hair. I would have never thought of you as curly, but actually you are.
I recently went to visit my stylist, and was intrigued by her hair, but also slightly creeped out by her look. So I decided to take a few photos of her hair, and then write a little blog about it. I plan on telling the story through a few photos, and then adding in some thoughts from my own personal experience. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have, and I would also appreciate any feedback.
