This is my blog for the first half of the year and the last half of the year. I hope to share with you my life as I see it. I also hope to share with you some of the thoughts I have as I write them.

sdcc blogs are your own brainchild, and I have no idea if they can really work. I’m just trying to create a simple way for people to communicate. So please do not take my responses as though I am making any sort of political or religious statement. I also welcome conversation.

sdcc or social distancing? I just want to know what they’re talking about.

I know this is a broad topic, and I don’t want to scare anyone away from the discussion, but I would like to open up a conversation on how to keep ourselves safe and healthy. The topic of this post is a simple one, but I hope it can be a starting point for others.

The main way to stay safe and healthy is to take a good look at ourselves. We need to look at our body and ask ourselves, “Whose body are you in?” “Who are you?” and “Why are you in my body?” We need to take care of ourselves.

People are quick to point out that it is hard to keep a healthy body when you’re not taking good care of it. This is true, but it also applies to keeping a healthy mind. By looking at our body, we can see the areas that need improvement and can then make a plan to help improve them. For example, some of us have a condition that causes our muscles to become weak.

Taking good care of ourselves means that we are taking good care of our bodies. This is because we can take a lot of care of our bodies. We can eat correctly, exercise, and take care of our skin. In general, it is important to be healthy in all aspects of our lives.
