In this series of blog posts, I am going to discuss about an ancient Greek concept called the “three levels of self-awareness.” The three levels of self-awareness refer to the different ways in which we are able to notice our state of being. These three levels of awareness are what we call “awareness of the present moment.

I’ve included the first level of self-awareness, the “present moment,” because it’s relatively easy to recognize and recognize the present moment because it’s always just us. But if we’re really trying to be aware of ourselves, we can use our awareness of the present moment to figure out what we’re doing right now.

This one’s a little harder, probably because it’s just us. I know I’ve been trying to figure out how to do this in order to better understand myself and so I guess this is the next step. If you’re wondering how to tell if your behavior is in fact self-aware or not, you might be saying, “well, I’m not sure. I guess I just don’t think about the present moment. I just think about other things.

This is why things like, “I’m doing this because…” or “I’m doing this because I think it will help the world” are so problematic. If you’re doing something because you think it will help the world, you are self-aware.

This is why you don’t stop what you are doing. You think it will help the world or you think it will help you. The only thing that is self-aware is you.

I just think. I also think that I have a weird way of thinking about things. Because I do. I think about things I don’t like. And I think about things I don’t like a lot. And I like things I dont like a lot. And because I think about things I dont like a lot, I’ve started to dislike things a lot.

Not everyone is self-aware. Some people actually only think about themselves. If you’re not self-aware, then you probably think about things you’re not self-aware about.

That’s a very common scenario. Many people are not aware of their thoughts and emotions. The problem with this is that they don’t actually control them. They can’t stop thinking about things that they don’t like, and they can’t figure out why they don’t like them.

It seems as if we are all self-aware, but only to a degree. If I think about something that I dont like, I may say to myself, I like this. If I go out to eat, I may say to myself I like to eat this. If I try not to drink too much, I may say to myself I dont like to drink these drinks. This is not the same as actually saying I like it or dont like it.

If you think about it, this is the second major reason why turcas are self-aware. It’s the fact that they can’t make up their mind about the things that they do. It’s not just that they don’t like something, but that they are self-aware enough to know that they are not in control of their actions. Which is not to say that turcas can’t still be said to be self-aware, but they are not yet self-aware.
