For those of you who don’t know who that guy is, he is a vegan who is obsessed with vegan food. He is an absolute foodie and has traveled the world, but he decided that he wanted to eat vegan food in the most direct, personal way possible.

I know I’m getting a little bit off-topic here, but I’m trying to be very clear on the difference between “vegan” and “vegetarian.” There are a lot of similarities between the two, but the two are not the same, and I can’t stress enough that you don’t have to be a vegan in order to maintain a healthy diet.

I think that there is a difference between vegan and vegetarian, but im not sure how many people actually know what a vegan is. I have to admit I dont really understand it either. I assume it means you are vegetarians.
